Save the Arctic 30
Vivienne Westwood joins the protest with her Save the Arctic t-shirt. Greenpeace organize a global day of solidarity in support of the Arctic 30 who have been charged with piracy by the Russian state prosecutor. According to Greenpeace over 800,000 have already been written to Russian Embassies to demand their immediate release. Today protestors are encouraged to write messages of solidarity on paper doves, which will be sent to those detained in Murmansk.
