The new museum will be devoted to contemporary design and architecture, an international showcase for the many design skills at which Britain excels and a creative centre, promoting innovation and nurturing the next generation of design talent. His Royal Highness toured the museum to view the transformation of a modernist building from the 1960s, which was the former Commonwealth Institute. 17 November 2016, London.
