Firing the salute. On the 100th anniversary of women getting the vote, Kings troop is led by female officers and has a high proportion of female troopers - The King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery, ride their horses and gun carriages past Buckingham Palace to Green Park to stage a 41 Gun Royal Salute to mark the 66th Anniversary of the Accession of Her Majesty The Queen.
