Notting Hill Carnival, London.

Jouvert, an early morning start involving coloured flour, oil and paints - The Sunday of the Notting Hill Carnival. The annual event on the streets of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, over the August bank holiday weekend. It is led by members of the British West Indian community, and attracts around one million people annually, making it one of the world's largest street festivals.
